Shipping and Returns
- We offer FREE insured USPS priority shipping or FREE UPS ground shipping and can provide a tracking number.
- Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We ship only in the Continental United States at this time.
- An 8.25% sales tax will be applied to orders placed in Texas.
- Items to be shipped based on product availability. Many of our items are handmade to order; please allow up to two weeks before we ship.
- Expect delivery 3 - 7 days after shipping from our studio.
- Expedited shipping may be arranged by contacting us. Additional costs will apply.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any and all claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
We want you to love your jewelry, so if you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 10 days of receipt for exchange or merchandise credit only.
For a return merchandise authorization number, (RMA #), please contact us here or by phone 512-779-7737 between 10am – 6pm, Monday – Saturday, CST.
Please return the item in perfect and unworn condition in the original packaging. Include the RMA number on a copy of your original receipt. Return via USPS to: Cynthia Bloom Collectible Jewelry, PO Box 160403, Austin, TX 78716.
Insure the contents for the full value with "tracking". Cynthia Bloom Collectible Jewelry is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.
If the return is a result of our error, Cynthia Bloom Collectible Jewelry will reimburse you for any shipping costs incurred to return the original item.
If an item has been damaged while in transit to you, we will need a digital photo of the item and package for insurance purposes.
When we receive the item, we will issue a merchandise credit or prepare the new item(s) for shipment. Our typical turnaround is about two weeks, but may be longer during peak holiday periods.

All sales are final on discounted or marked down merchandise. Sale or clearance items are NOT eligible for exchange or merchandise credit.
